Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 5 egg whites
- 1/3 cup agave nectar
- 4 tbsp. chocolate whey protein powder
- 1 C. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt, plain
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
- To make our best protein cookie recipe, preheat the oven to 175 ° C (350 ° F). Spray two baking sheets lightly with cooking spray or line them with parchment paper.
- Using your hands, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. (The dough will be rather sticky.)
- Form 3cm balls and place them on the baking sheets, pressing down to flatten them.
- Cook 7 to 10 minutes, then let cool on a wire rack.
