Ingredients


  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 5 egg whites
  • 1/3 cup agave nectar
  • 4 tbsp. chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1 C. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation


  • To make our best protein cookie recipe, preheat the oven to 175 ° C (350 ° F). Spray two baking sheets lightly with cooking spray or line them with parchment paper.
  • Using your hands, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. (The dough will be rather sticky.)
