The 10 Commandments of the Keto Diet


  1. Remember the basics of the ketogenic diet: eat 65-70% fat / 25-30% protein / 5% net carbs!
  2. Are you not feeling well? You surely need mineral salts. Drink more bone broth!
  3. Do you have any doubts? You are hungry? eat more fat! You shouldn't go hungry on the Keto Diet.
  4. Have you eaten more than 30 grams of carbohydrate today? Keep Calm and Go, Keto!
  5. It's always a good idea to keep a nutrition diary (My Fitness Pal for example), you might be surprised at how much food or carbohydrates you eat!
  6. Are you no longer losing weight but losing inches? You are probably gaining muscle!
  7. You are not losing weight or centimeters? Have you made any changes to your diet? get back to basics and keep a nutrition diary!
  8. Take vitamin and fiber supplements.
  9. Drink a lot of water. You need it!
  10. Carbohydrates - Fiber = Net Carbs
