Sesame Maple Tofu Spread |
Preparation
Preparation: 5 minutes
Makes 3/4 cup (180 ml)
Ingredients
- 115 g * firm tofu
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) tahini (sesame butter)
- 2 or 3 tbsp. maple syrup, to taste
- Pinch of salt (optional)
- toppings (your choice) raspberries, strawberries, fresh figs, banana slices, pistachios, toasted sesame seeds, honey, etc.
Preparation
In a food processor, reduce all the ingredients, except the garnishes, to a smooth puree.
Spread mixture on croutons or toast. Add the garnish (s). The spread will keep for 4 or 5 days in the refrigerator.
